About me
Stand-up keeps me honest, chess trains patience and travel keeps my perspective moving. Together they shape how I communicate, solve problems and understand people.
Education
Software engineering studies in Denmark, South Korea and the Netherlands - combining theoretical foundations, applied development and international teamwork.
The first four semesters focused heavily on object-oriented development in Java, alongside web development, .NET and databases. The fifth semester was reserved for a mandatory internship, while the final semesters centered on elective courses and a bachelor project in machine learning for stock-market prediction, benchmarking models and reaching 75% peak directional accuracy with an XGBoost logistic classifier.
Took the software degree into a new academic and cultural setting in South Korea, combining deep learning, natural language processing and compiler construction with Korean study and international teamwork.
A 12-month, project-based MSc focused on advanced software engineering and real-world practice. Three projects cover scalable and reliable software, distributed systems, data analytics and intelligent self-learning systems, followed by a company graduation assignment. The DataOps specialisation develops skills in data science, deployment and operations, reproducible machine-learning workflows and advanced machine learning.
I started playing chess at 22 and got pulled in by how much depth lives inside relatively simple rules. It rewards calmness, pattern recognition and constant learning.

Shows I perform at open mics where I do 5 minutes of material. My jokes are about cultural observations, self-deprecating stories, everyday absurdity, dating life and dark humour. These themes I can't shut up about.

I have performed at a variety of venues, from small bars to comedy clubs, and I have been fortunate enough to share the stage with so many amazing comedians.

It covers opportunities for students, trainees, teachers, youth workers, and organizations, and it also funds cooperation projects between institutions.
After participating in many projects, I have developed a strong interest in languages, history, and geography, which has led me to explore many different countries. Learning new languages allows me to connect with people on a deeper level, while studying geography helps me understand the physical and cultural landscapes of the world and history provides context for the events and developments that have shaped our societies. By combining these interests, I am able to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the world and its diverse cultures.
